Low Carb Crab Quiche
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar
- 1/3 Cup Onion
- 5 eggs
- 1.5 Cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3/4 tsp of Kosher Salt (or regular)
- 1/4 tsp of Black Pepper
- 8oz of Crab Meat (1 cup)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand until thoroughly mixed
- Pour contents of bowl into a 13×9 baking dish
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 45 to 50 minutes until top is golden brown
Notes
If you use canned crab meat, wash thoroughly as it is typically very salty, also eliminate salt from recipe. I prefer using claw meat from the seafood section of grocery.
