A low carb crust made from Portobello mushrooms
Ingredients
- 2 Portobello Caps
- 1/4 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons of Hunts tomato sauce
Instructions
- Remove stems from mushroom caps
- Place in oven on a baking sheet at 350, until mushrooms become tender
- Remove from oven, add tomato sauce, and top with Mozz cheese
- Return to oven until cheese is melted
