Ingredients
  • 2 Portobello Caps
  • 1/4 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons of Hunts tomato sauce
Instructions
  1. Remove stems from mushroom caps
  2. Place in oven on a baking sheet at 350, until mushrooms become tender
  3. Remove from oven, add tomato sauce, and top with Mozz cheese
  4. Return to oven until cheese is melted

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Place flat bread on cooking sheet and place in oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven a flip flatbread. Return to oven for 5 minutes continue until desired crispiness is achieved
  3. Add low carb toppings and return to oven until toppings are heated to desired temperature.

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cooked, mashed cauliflower
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • 2 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Garlic
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Cook cauliflower until it’s soft and mash it up
  3. Mix in egg and mozzarella.
  4. Grease a baking sheet.
  5. Spread dough batter 3/4 inch thick and nine inches wide.
  6. Let crust brown about 13 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, add toppings and return to oven until toppings are at desired temperature.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 Cups flax meal
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Sweetener to equal about 1 Tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup water
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 F
  2. Mix dry ingredients
  3. Add wet ingredients, and mix
  4. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  5. Spread on sprayed pan
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until cooked through
  7. Add toppings and cook until done
